Nigerians have taken to social media to express grief over the tragic death of Martins Onyekesi, a well-known fish farmer popularly known as “Fish Magnate.”
According to reports, Onyekesi was abducted from his residence in Anambra State on Saturday night by unidentified gunmen. The assailants, who arrived in an ash-coloured Lexus SUV, reportedly stormed his compound, shot him in the leg, and forcefully took him away.
Tragically, he was later found dead, sending shockwaves through the social media community and beyond. Onyekesi was widely admired for his dedication to fish farming and his contributions to food security in the region.
