
The Wakilin of Ilorin Emirate and Chairman of Crystal Group of Companies, Hon. Mashood Mustapha (MM), has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, on the occasion of his 30th coronation anniversary.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him and made available to the press on Tuesday, Hon. MM extolled the virtues of the revered monarch, describing his reign as one marked by peace, unity, and sustained progress in the Ilorin Emirate.
According to him, the Emir has, over the past three decades, distinguished himself as a monarch of vision, dignity, and uncommon wisdom.
“Your Highness, for three decades, you have distinguished yourself as a monarch of vision, dignity, and uncommon wisdom. Under your impeccable leadership, our Emirate has enjoyed an atmosphere of peace, unity, stability, and sustained progress,” the statement read in part.
Hon. MM further noted that Ilorin has become a model of cultural preservation, intellectual excellence, and social harmony under the Emir’s leadership, crediting this achievement to his fatherly guidance and divine grace.
He described the 30th coronation anniversary as a milestone that celebrates not just longevity on the throne, but also impact, legacy, and history.
“As the Wakilin of Ilorin Emirate and the son of the Wali of Ilorin Emirate, I remain deeply grateful for the privilege to serve under your reign and to witness firsthand your exemplary leadership style, which continues to command respect across Kwara State, Nigeria, and beyond,” Hon. MM added.
While praying for the monarch’s continued good health and long life, Hon. MM expressed optimism that the Emir’s reign would continue to bring prosperity and divine blessings to Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State at large.
“May Almighty Allah continue to grant you long life, sound health, and the strength to further deepen the legacy of the throne of Sheikh Alimi. May your reign continue to bring prosperity, divine favour, and blessings to Ilorin Emirate and to Kwara State at large,” he prayed.
