
In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, The Kwara Tabloid is set to host its Maiden Ramadan Lecture, Ifthar and Humanitarian Day on the 15th day of Ramadan.
The event will take place on Wednesday, March 3, 2026, at the Munfa’atu Adunke Akanbi Memorial Mosque, GRA, Ilorin, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The gathering will feature an inspiring Ramadan lecture, collective prayers, and the breaking of fast (Ifthar). In addition, there will be a humanitarian outreach to extend support to those in need, reflecting the true essence of Ramadan compassion, generosity, and unity.

According to the organisers, the programme is designed to bring together scholars, community leaders, friends, and well-wishers to share in spiritual reflection and community service during this sacred season.
“The Kwara Tabloid warmly invites members of the public to attend and be part of this special occasion. Attendees are encouraged to come early to fully participate in the activities lined up for the day,” the Host of the event, Mr Tunde Bakare stated.
“Ramadan Kareem. May Allah accept our fasting, prayers, and good deeds, and forgive our shortcomings,” he concluded.
