The Wakilin of Ilorin Emirate and Chairman of Crystal Group of Companies, Hon. Mashood Mustapha (MM), has commenced the second phase of his multi-million-naira empowerment programme, bringing financial relief to another batch of his supporters.
The latest intervention comes barely two weeks after the prominent statesman reaffirmed his commitment to a continuous empowerment initiative aimed at supporting members of his political family and rewarding their steadfastness and loyalty.
In August 2026, Hon. MM hosted a large gathering of his supporters at his GRA residence in Ilorin, where selected beneficiaries received cars and cash gifts running into millions of naira. In addition to the principal beneficiaries, every invited guest at the event also went home with a 10kg bag of rice and cash support.

Following the event, Hon. Mashood Mustapha, while engaging with supporters on the Team MM WhatsApp platform, assured them that the empowerment programme would not be a one-off initiative.
He encouraged his supporters to remain committed and steadfast, assuring them that their loyalty and contributions to Team MM would, in due course, be recognised and rewarded.
True to that promise, another batch of supporters has now benefited from the second phase of the programme, with cash gifts ranging from ₦1 million to ₦500,000, while others received ₦250,000.
During the distribution of the cash gifts, Hon. MM, who was represented by former member of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Isiaka Mogaji, alongside members of the Team MM kitchen cabinet, urged supporters to remain calm, united and steadfast.
The team conveyed Hon. Mashood Mustapha’s appreciation for the continued loyalty and commitment of his supporters, assuring them that their efforts would not be in vain.
They further reiterated that the empowerment initiative was only the beginning, stressing that Team MM would continue to move forward, strengthen its bond with supporters and pursue its objectives with renewed determination.
The beneficiaries, visibly appreciative of the gesture, expressed their gratitude to Hon. MM, offering prayers for his continued success and wishing him greater heights in his political career.
They prayed that Allah would continue to guide and strengthen him, while granting him the opportunity to attain the peak of his political aspirations.
